Learning Assistant/Teacher Aide Position - 2026

Are you caring, calm, patient and committed to working alongside learners to support them to succeed and thrive?

We seek an experienced Learning Assistant/Teacher Aide to join our happy, collaborative Support Staff team; someone who is mature, reliable and positive. You must be a team player who has the ability to take direction from the classroom teacher and who has a passion for supporting children in their learning.

The successful applicant will require the experience, knowledge and skills to support students with complex learning, behaviour and/or high health needs; be competent to work independently with students and to adapt their learning programmes.
